Model Release:
Client is REQUIRED to complete and sign the Model Release Form on booking page (YOU MUST COPY AND PASTE THE LINK ON BOOKING PAGE TO SIGN THE MODEL FORM). TC retains the right in all cases to use the photographs obtained under this agreement in any manner at any time in any part of the world for the purpose of advertising or otherwise and maintains ownership of the original digital file.
Deposit:
All deposit paid to FlickzbyTC are non-refundable.
Payment Policy:
At the time of booking, Client will pay 50% deposit (or 25% if booking under a payment plan) of the total price (including add-ons if applicable) to secure the chosen date via booking site and the deposit (50% or 25%) is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be completed on the day of the photo session. On the day of the session and once the session is done, I will tap "Completed" on my payment processor app. Once I tap "Completed", the card that is on file will be charged the remaining balance and you will receive an email with a receipt stating the payment was complete. Client may also pay deposit or full balance via Zelle payments. *For Zelle inquires, please contact TC at (943) 300-4524 for Zelle payments* (Client may pay the remaining balance in cash, BUT DEPOSIT MUST BE DIGITALLY PAID VIA BOOKING SITE OR ZELLE!)
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:
If for any reason Client are unable to attend their session, the deposit can be used as credit towards a future session of their choice. Client is REQUIRED give a 72 hour (3 DAYS) advance notice of cancellation in order to RECEIVE CREDIT towards a future session or a 50% refund upon request. If Client cancels within 24 hours (1 DAY), Client will be charged a $100 cancellation fee (non-refundable) and NOT the remaining balance. Client will also NOT be eligible to receive a 50% refund if Client cancel within 24 hours(if applicable). Client can reschedule up to 48 hours (2 DAYS) before the date of session. Client will be able to reschedule for FREE. Rescheduling will be based on availability.
Attendance:
If Client is running late, Client is REQUIRED to contact TC via phone number ( (943) 300-4524 ). Client will have a grace period to arrive within 15 minutes before any fees accrue. If client arrives 15 minutes or more from the start of the session, there will be a $25 late fee added to the remaining balance, however the Client REQUIRED communicate with Photographer for ETA. If Client arrives 30 minutes past start time or fail to communicate with TC, TC reserves the right to cancel the photo session and Client will ONLY be charged a $100 cancellation fee (non-refundable) and NOT the remaining balance. If for any reason I cannot attend the photo session due to unfortunate or unforeseen circumstances, I will offer to use the deposit as credit for a future session or a 50% refund upon request. If I cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, I reserve the right to reschedule your session within 24 - 72 hours of the original photo session. Rescheduling is FREE and is based on availability.
Copyright:
*ALL PHOTO(S) WILL BE WATERMARKED!* TC retains the entire copyright at all times throughout the world for the photographs taken during the specified session and are to remain the sole intellectual property of the photographer in accordance with the United States Copyright Laws. Where a digital file of photographs has been provided to the Client as a part of their personal collection, these photographs may be printed and displayed at home and on-line, for personal but not commercial use.
Text CONFIRMATION/Email AND TEXT Reminders:
Client will receive a text message confirming of their session 72 hours (3 days) prior to the date of the session. The Client will also receive an automated email reminder 24 hours (1 day) prior to the date of the session AND an automated text reminder 4 hours prior to the start of their session with TC.
Refund:
If the Client is unsatisfied with the final edits or service did not meet their expectations, Client will receive 50% refund of final payment. Deposit fee is non-refundable.
Props:
TC is NOT responsible for supplying any additional props or accessories(that are on-hand) prior to or during the session. It is the Client’s responsibility to supply any additional props or accessories (if needed). Failure to prepare will not hold TC accountable nor responsible.
Turn Around Time:
Client acknowledges that edit turn around time will be based on selected package, and will be clearly presented in package details before booking.
