Model Release:
Client is REQUIRED to complete and sign the Model Release Form on booking page (YOU MUST COPY AND PASTE THE LINK ON BOOKING PAGE TO SIGN THE MODEL FORM). TC retains the right in all cases to use the photographs obtained under this agreement in any manner at any time in any part of the world for the purpose of advertising or otherwise and maintains ownership of the original digital file.
Deposit:
All deposit paid to FlickzbyTC are non-refundable.
Payment Policy:
At the time of booking, Client will pay 50% deposit of the total price(including add-ons if applicable) to secure the chosen date and is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be completed on the day of the photo session.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:
If for any reason you are unable to attend your session, the deposit will act as a cancellation fee. Client MUST give a 72 hour (3 DAYS) advance notice of cancellation in order to RECEIVE CREDIT towards a future session or a 50% refund. If Client cancels within 24 hours (1 DAY), the Client will NOT receive a 50% refund and will be charged a $100 cancellation fee and NOT the remaining balance. Client can reschedule up to 48 hours (2 DAYS) before date of session. Client will be able to reschedule for FREE. Rescheduling will be based on availability.
Attendance:
If Client is running late, Client MUST contact TC. Client will have a grace period to arrive within 15 minutes before any fees accrue. If client arrives 15 minutes or more from the start of the session, there will be a $25 late fee added to the remaining balance, however the Client MUST communicate with Photographer for ETA. If client arrives 30 minutes or more from the start of their session, there will be a $50 late fee added to the remaining balance. If Client has not arrived after 30 minutes from the scheduled start time or fails to communicate with Photographer, TC will cancel the photo session and the Client will be charged a $100 cancellation fee instead of the remaining balance (the remaining balance will be voided and ONLY the $100 cancellation fee will be charged). If for any reason the Photographer cannot attend the photo session due to unfortunate circumstances, TC reserves the right to reschedule client within 24 - 72 hours of original photo session. If Client cannot attend scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances, Client MUST contact TC immediately to reschedule. Rescheduling will be based on availability.
Copyright:
TC retains the entire copyright at all times throughout the world for the photographs taken during the specified session and are to remain the sole intellectual property of the photographer in accordance with the United States Copyright Laws. Where a digital file of photographs has been provided to the Client as a part of their personal collection, these photographs may be printed and displayed at home and on-line, for personal but not commercial use.
Text/Email Reminders:
Client will receive a text message confirming of their session 72 hours (3 days) prior to the date of the session. The Client will also receive an automated text and email reminder of their session with TC 24 houRs (1 day) prior to the date of the session.
Refund:
If the Client is unsatisfied with the final edits or service did not meet their expectations, Client will receive 50% refund of final payment. Deposit fee is non-refundable.
Props:
TC is NOT responsible for supplying any additional props or accessories(that are on-hand) prior to or during the session. It is the Client’s responsibility to supply any additional props or accessories (if needed). Failure to prepare will not hold TC accountable nor responsible.
Turn Around Time:
Client acknowledges that edit turn around time will be based on selected package, and will be clearly presented in package details before booking.
