Model Release:
ALL CLIENTS are required to complete and sign the Model Release Form on the booking page. (Please ensure you copy and paste the link provided on the booking page to sign the form.)
By signing, the client grants TC the right to use the photographs obtained under this agreement in any manner, at any time, and in any part of the world for the purposes of advertising or any other uses deemed appropriate. Additionally, TC retains ownership of the original digital files.

Deposit:
All deposits paid to FlickzbyTC are non-refundable.

Payment Policy:
At the time of booking, the Client is required to pay the full payment or a 50% deposit of the total session price, including any applicable add-ons, in order to secure the chosen date via the booking site. All deposits are non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the photo session. Once the session is complete, TC will mark the booking as “Completed” in my payment processor app. At that time, the card on file will be automatically charged for the remaining balance, and the Client will receive an email receipt confirming payment.
Clients may also choose to pay the deposit or full balance via Zelle.

Note: The remaining balance MUST be paid using the card on file in my payment-processing app. Client may also pay the remaining balance in cash via Zelle; however, the deposit MUST be paid digitally via the booking site or Zelle.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY:
If, for any reason, the Client is unable to attend their scheduled session, the deposit may be applied as credit toward a future session of their choice. 
If booking >7+ days in advance: The Client is required to provide at least 72 hours (3 days) advance notice of cancellation in order to: Receive credit toward a future session, or Request a 50% refund of the deposit (if applicable). If the Client cancels 24 hours (1 day) or less of the session: A $100 cancellation fee (non-refundable) will be charged. The Client will not be charged the remaining balance. The Client will not be eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit. Clients may reschedule up to 48 hours (2 days) before the session date at no additional cost, based on availability.
If booking 3-6 days in advance: The Client is required to provide at least 48 hours (2 days) advance notice of cancellation in order to: Receive credit toward a future session. If the Client cancels 24 hours (1 day) or less of the session: A $100 cancellation fee (non-refundable) will be charged. The Client will not be charged the remaining balance. Clients may reschedule up to 48 hours (2 days) before the session date at no additional cost, based on availability.
If booking 1- 2 days in advance: The Client MUST cancel by 11:00 AM on the same day as session in order to: Receive credit toward a future session. If the Client cancels after 11:00 AM on the same date as session: A $100 cancellation fee (non-refundable) will be charged. The Client will not be charged the remaining balance. Clients may reschedule up to at no additional cost, based on availability.
LATE ARRIVAL Policy:
If booking for these packages [Platinum, Diamond, Diamond Sapphire, Ultra Diamond, Grad Packages(Elite, Diamond), VVS Prom, Ultra, Senior Elite VIP, Valentine's Packages (Love Galore, Rose Petal), College Fall Graduation Bachelor's]:  If the Client is running late, the Client is REQUIRED to contact TC at (943) 300-4524.
Grace Period: The Client has a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled start time to arrive without penalty.
Late Arrival Fee: If the Client arrives 20 minutes or more after the scheduled start time, a $25 late fee will be added to the remaining session balance. The Client must communicate their estimated time of arrival (ETA) with TC.
Session Cancellation Due to Lateness: If the Client arrives 30 minutes or more past the start time or fails to communicate with TC, the Photographer reserves the right to cancel the session. In such cases, the Client will be charged a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee and will not owe the remaining balance.
If booking for these packages [Titanium, Grad Luxe, VS Prom, College Associate's, Royalty Homecoming]: If the Client is running late, the Client is REQUIRED to contact TC at (943) 300-4524.
Grace Period: The Client has a 10-minute grace period from the scheduled start time to arrive without penalty.
Session Cancellation Due to Lateness: If the Client arrives 15 minutes or more past the start time or fails to communicate with TC, the Photographer reserves the right to cancel the session. In such cases, the Client will be charged a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee and will not owe the remaining balance.

Copyright:
*ALL PHOTO(S) WILL BE WATERMARKED!* TC retains the entire copyright at all times throughout the world for the photographs taken during the specified session and are to remain the sole intellectual property of the photographer in accordance with the United States Copyright Laws. Where a digital file of photographs has been provided to the Client as a part of their personal collection, these photographs may be printed and displayed at home and on-line, for personal but not commercial use. 

Text CONFIRMATION/Email AND TEXT Reminders:
The Client will receive a confirmation text message 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled session date. In addition, the Client will receive an automated email reminder 24 hours (1 day) before the session and an automated text reminder 4 hours prior to the scheduled start time with TC.

Refund:
If the Client is not fully satisfied with their final edits or feel that the service did not meet their expectations, the Client will have an option to receive a 50% refund of their final payment.
Please note that the deposit fee is non-refundable, as it secures your session date and time.

Props:
TC does not provide additional props or accessories for sessions. If you’d like to include special items in your photos, please plan to bring them with you.
TC is not responsible for supplying or preparing props, and any missed items will not be considered the responsibility of TC.

EDITS Turn Around Time:
After the Client selects their preferred images (each package includes a specific number of edits) and informs TC, the standard turnaround time for edits is 2–7 days. However, actual editing times may vary depending on the package chosen. The turnaround time for each package is clearly stated in the package details before booking, so the Client will always know what to expect.
