Minor Sessions & Guardian Policy:
FlickzbyTC prioritizes the safety, comfort, and protection of all clients, especially minors. Any client under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian provide consent prior to the session.
A parent or legal guardian must be present at the session or readily available on-site unless otherwise approved by TC in advance.
TC reserves the right to decline, cancel, or terminate any session involving a minor if the environment, location, supervision, or requested content is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or inconsistent with FlickzbyTC’s professional standards.
Sessions involving minors will not take place in private or restricted indoor locations (including hotel or lodging environments).
If a session is canceled under these circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
*FlickzbyTC does not photograph minors in one-on-one private indoor settings under any circumstances.*
Professional Standards, Session Conduct & TC's Discretion Policy:
At FlickzbyTC, maintaining a professional, safe, and respectful environment is a top priority. TC upholds strict professional standards and reserves full discretion to determine whether a session aligns with the FlickzbyTC brand and values.
TC reserves the right to decline, cancel, or terminate any session at any time if the location, setting, requested content, or client interaction is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, unsuitable, or inconsistent with professional standards. This includes, but is not limited to, private or restricted indoor locations (such as hotel or lodging environments), situations that may be open to misinterpretation, or any environment that may compromise the safety, comfort, or professional integrity of any party.
Additionally, sessions may be canceled or ended if a Client’s behavior, communication, or requests create an environment that falls outside of these standards.

Model Release:
All Clients must COMPLETE and SIGN the Model Release Form before their session.
By signing, the client grants TC the right to use the photographs obtained under this agreement in any manner, at any time, and in any part of the world for the purposes of advertising or any other uses deemed appropriate. Additionally, TC retains ownership of the original digital files.
COMMERCIAL LICENSING (Sports Photography/Videography ONLY):
Commercial use is not included with any standard photography package. Any use of the photographs for advertising, marketing, business promotion, sponsorships, NIL (Name, Image & Likeness), editorial publication, fundraising, merchandise, or any other commercial or revenue-generating purpose requires a separate written Commercial License Agreement from FlickzbyTC. Commercial licensing fees are determined based on the intended use, duration, distribution, audience, and number of images licensed. Unauthorized commercial use may constitute copyright infringement and may result in licensing fees and other legal remedies available under applicable law.
IMAGE PROTECTION & EDITING:
Proof images are provided solely for image selection and may not be copied, downloaded, distributed, posted, printed, have watermarks removed, or otherwise used without prior written permission. Final edited images may not be re-edited, altered, have filters applied, be enhanced using AI editing tools, or otherwise modified without prior written permission from FlickzbyTC. Only final edited images delivered by FlickzbyTC are licensed for personal,, non-commercial use. The Client agrees to tag or credit FlickzbyTC when sharing final edited images online.

Deposit:
All deposits paid to FlickzbyTC are non-refundable.
Payment Policy:
The Client may pay either the required deposit or the full session balance at the time of booking. Any remaining balance is due on the day of the session. For Zelle payments, please contact TC at (943) 300-4524 before booking. All deposits are non-refundable.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Clients may reschedule once at no additional charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the session require a new non-refundable deposit.
LATE ARRIVAL Policy:

Please notify TC if you are running late. A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late without communication may result in cancellation and a $100 cancellation fee.
1-Hour Session Late Policy:
Please notify TC if you are running late. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late without communication may result in session cancellation and a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee.
Copyright:
*ALL PROOF(S) WILL BE WATERMARKED!* TC retains the entire copyright at all times throughout the world for the photographs taken during the specified session and are to remain the sole intellectual property of the photographer in accordance with the United States Copyright Laws. Where a digital file of photographs has been provided to the Client as a part of their personal collection, these photographs may be printed and displayed at home and on-line, for personal but not commercial use.
Text CONFIRMATION/Email AND TEXT Reminders:
The Client will receive a confirmation text message 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled session date. In addition, the Client will receive an automated email reminder 24 hours (1 day) before the session and an automated text reminder 4 hours prior to the scheduled start time with TC.
TurnAround Time:
After the Client selects their images and notifies TC, edits are typically completed within 2–7 days. Turnaround times vary by package and are clearly stated in the package details before booking.
